The executor and heirs of John Stagg sell a piece of land next to St. Joseph's Church, the first Catholic church in Philadelphia, to Rev. Robert Molyneaux and others as trustees for "the Religious Society of the People called Roman Catholics". Signed by all the parties and Benjamin Paschall, the judge before whom it was proved.
